About the role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence on Twitter (X) and LinkedIn. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive high-intent traffic to our website, and ultimately grow our online community. This includes creating and curating engaging content in various formats (text, images, videos, carousels), monitoring performance metrics to improve reach and engagement, and consistently engaging with online discussions.
Key responsibilities
- Content strategy & creation
- Develop, plan, and execute social media campaigns aligned with the goals as mentioned above.
- Create and curate compelling, on-brand content (text, images, videos, carousels) that resonates with our audience.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely posting.
- Community engagement
- Monitor Twitter and LinkedIn for relevant conversations, trends, and industry news.
- Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Initiate conversations with influencers, industry leaders, and followers to foster relationships and grow the community.
- Collaboration & cross-functional support
- Stay informed about upcoming features, product updates, and roadmap announcements.
- Coordinate with growth to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and goals.
- Analytics & reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Identify areas for improvement and adjust content strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date on social media best practices and emerging trends to continuously refine and optimize strategies.
What we’re looking for
- Track record of successfully managing and growing social media channels, particularly on Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Ability to create compelling text, visuals, and short-form video content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Comfortable using analytics tools to monitor KPIs (e.g., engagement, follower growth, CTR) and make data-driven decisions.
- Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Capable of juggling multiple campaigns, maintaining a detailed content calendar, and consistently engaging online.
- Bonus: Solid understanding of Python
